What is an injector sleeve?
A copper injector sleeve is a component used in diesel engines. It is a cylindrical sleeve made of copper that is inserted into the cylinder head to provide a durable and heat-resistant surface for the fuel injector to be mounted. The injector sleeve helps to seal the combustion chamber and prevent fuel leakage. It also helps to dissipate heat generated by the injector and maintain proper fuel atomization.
